  • With Full Service Inventory Management, we will use our software to weigh and count all items in inventory.

  • This information will be used to generate advanced reporting on exactly what is happening behind the bar.

  • We will compare theoretical vs. actual costs to give you an accurate picture of what your bar is losing in retail dollars.

  • Full Service Management involves setting up recipes for each POS item, establishing consistency with each bartender for recipes and pour sizes, training bartenders on these items and pour accuracy, and more based on your individual needs.

BASIC INVENTORY MANAGEMENT SET UP:​​

  • Basic inventory management set up involves setting up a detailed inventory system with accurate recipes and pour sizes, etc., that will allow you to perform inventory as often as you'd like and generate the reports yourself.

  • Includes training for up to three people at any time for no additional cost. 

  • We can continue to be available for any help or analysis as needed.
